Your service department is exceptional!!! Shalanda Levy is a great asset to your service department. I had 3 vehicles serviced in the past weeks and I can truthfully say she is the most pleasant public se is a great asset to your service department. On the first visit with my 2013 Camry she offered me the lifetime oil/tire rotation for life....which will be a huge savings in the years to come. I took advantage of this offer on all 3 vehicles. Ms levy was friendly, knowledgeable and was very pleasant to work with. I hope Toyota realizes the value of having great employees because they are the ones that keep the customers coming back!!!
