My vehicle went in for repair late March, it was three weeks before it was looked at and I was told I had an issue with my transmission and the needed part would not be available until 2026. My vehicle ha weeks before it was looked at and I was told I had an issue with my transmission and the needed part would not be available until 2026. My vehicle had been in for service multiple times for the transmission in the past couple of years and I was told there was no problem. I had to purchase a new vehicle (unfortunately from them). The brand-new vehicle had minor scratches that could not be seen at night. I brought the vehicle back in the next day. I was told to bring it in to have the scratches buffed out. I spent a morning at the dealership, and it could not be done. I was told to bring the vehicle back in for a full day and the vehicle was not completed. I was given on old vehicle with over 230,000 miles for what was supposed to be just the weekend. On Monday no one called me, I tried several times to contact the service department to finally be informed that my brand-new vehicle was in the paint shop being repainted. Their service department has the worse customer service I have ever seen. They refuse to call you back or tell you what is happening with your vehicle. The first time I contacted the news. My salesperson Chris Stephenson was extremely helpful, and it was a pleasure to work with him, he gets five stars. More

From the time I arrived for my scheduled appt, I was greeted, directed to my service writer and made to feel important. I can’t say enough about Paul and the efficiency of his process to get my car serv greeted, directed to my service writer and made to feel important. I can’t say enough about Paul and the efficiency of his process to get my car serviced. He’s attentive and listened carefully to the description of the problems I was experiencing. He even ordered me an Uber to get me home as the vehicle wouldn’t be ready for a few hours. And when done later that day, an Uber took me back. It was a great experience — thank you Paul! More
