Daytona Infinity - "No", I will not reach out to you to put forth effort to restore confidence in your store and brand. If you actually cared and gave a xxxx about this incident, you would have already reached out to me in an attempt to resolve. Again, you are a FAILURE, you only seek to resolve your poor image in public, and you have no idea how to treat your customers/clients. If the best you can do is "write the same script" for everyone who airs their complaints about you, then you are already too incompetent.

FYI, your poor behavior and treatment have actually caused me to want to sell my Infinity and abandon this brand completely. I will be selling my car, not to you, though, and buying from a brand that actually knows and genuinely cares about its customers. I will also be in touch with Infinity Corporate to let them know how you have single-handedly driven a customer to seek their competition.
