The service writer who handled my appointment, was not very helpful. First he said it would be 1 1/2 hrs for my oil change (I had an appointment and was a little early for it). When I asked why, he said t very helpful. First he said it would be 1 1/2 hrs for my oil change (I had an appointment and was a little early for it). When I asked why, he said that there were already a couple cars back there. I explained that we had made an appointment and it shouldn’t take more than an hour. I had other things to do that day and didn’t plan for that long for my service. It ended up taking 1 hr and 20 minutes. It seems to me, they want you to made appointments for service but then don’t act like that makes a difference. Not the way I would run a service department. A different service writer did check me out and he was helpful. I didn’t get either of their names I’m sorry to say. More
