Horrible service. Had an appointment for LOF, tire rotation and check engine light. Did not have any communication, I had to call next day to find out vehicle had not Had an appointment for LOF, tire rotation and check engine light. Not happy with being told I had to replace a cooling fan at $1780.00 , plus charge over $180.00 for diagnostic. I had the cooling fan replace brand new for $400.00 by a personal friend mechanic only to fin at $1780.00 , plus charge over $180.00 for diagnostic. I had the cooling fan replace brand new for $400.00 by a personal friend mechanic only to find out this was NOT the issue. I could have been taken for 1780.00 had I had Dehaven replace the fan. I took my car back to Dehaven due to the same error codes coming up even after the new cooling fan. Dehaven told me for a second time it was the cooling fan after a second diagnostic of which i was not charged the final result was an open circuit to a sensor. This is the second rating I have sent regarding this situation and I have yet to hear anything from the initial reporting. More

Service folks at DeHaven are awesome. Malcolm did a house call on a Saturday after he was off - I had to have my vehicle towed which he arranged that same day.
