I came in yesterday to get my oil changed and transmission flush . Normally the service is great and the staff is extremely courteous and professional . After completion of service I got into my transmission flush . Normally the service is great and the staff is extremely courteous and professional . After completion of service I got into my car and noticed that my extra face mask , that I keep above the sunvisor , was removed from there and throw far up onto the dash up next to the windshield . I removed it and started driving . As soon as I turned onto Woodland Blvd the right rear tire warning light came on indicating 13 psi of tire pressure . I pulled over and inspected the tire for damage , no damage was there . I applied my plug in electric tire pump and increased the pressure to 34 psi as a cloud came over and drenched me with rain . I drove my car to Tires Plus where I had very recently purchased a brand new set of Michelins . They removed the tire inspected it for damage and found none . They submerged the tire in the water tank and found no leaks . My question is why did your shop technician put his hands on my face mask and why did that xxxxxxx bleed the air from my tire to leave me on the side of the road . His actions are totally unacceptable . I do believe compensation is in order More
