Nancee, I apologize for you feeling of uncomfortable during your recent visit. DeLand Nissan has posted signs on all entrances stating that the City of DeLand has a mask mandate. We do offer masks to all customers that do not have one and we have arranged three different seating locations to help with proper distancing. Please contact me direct regarding your credit card payment concern as I don't understand why if you were here, we denied a charge over the phone.
