I actually enjoy going to have my oil changed and car serviced. I never feel pushed into anything that is not in my best interest like I have with other dealerships in the past. DeLand Nissan provides good service (oil change and tire rotation) but I am giving the service department less than a perfect rating because nobody-- nobody-- in the service department was waiting a mask or rotation) but I am giving the service department less than a perfect rating because nobody-- nobody-- in the service department was waiting a mask or gloves even when they came right up to me. There was no social distancing and I was asked to sign the iPad screen with my finger. I was surprised because I had received numerous emails saying DeLand Nissan was safe and taking precautions against covid-19. More
