Pat. Thank you for your review. We have masks available for customers and all employees but have made it an option to wear. We do have contact protectors such as steering wheel covers and seat covers for our customers vehicles and we are wiping down those areas both before and after we complete the service requested. Obviously there are many different opinions on how to best protect ourselves and our customers but rest assured that we are taking this seriously. We have 60 employees that we have been able to keep employed and thus far have had no signs of the virus in our facility. We have had 2 scares and we reacted immediately, sent them home and had them tested. All were false alarms. We wipe the facility down several times a day and spray a fogger with an ingredient designed to eliminate the spread of any viruses. I spend much of my time in all departments to make sure that the proper safety standards are still being followed.
