The service department is usually great, I never have any issues! This time when I got in my car and yes I know this seems petty, but when I got in my car the seat was left all the way forward and even t any issues! I'm 5"8' so when I get in a car after someone who was obviously much shorter, it isn't easy! Also, the pen that I know was in my wallet was in the floor mat.
