Both issues were covered under my extended warranty. However, based on their 24 point inspection, my car supposedly needed $1,000 worth of OTHER repairs. How am I supposed to trust a service department that seems to upsell everything and are only interested in making money, not customer service? I am hesitant to buy another car there because I feel like I need to get a second opinion on every suggested repair. More

But I insisted and then the tech saw it my way. My time is a value also I don't like wasting it. Now I have to go back a third time for something that should have already been fixed.
