I had a 7:30 AM appointment, and my car was taken right on time. The service writer was efficient and personable. In a reasonable amount of time, he greeted me in the waiting area and told me my car was ready. The entire experience was pleasant; work was done quickly and professionally. The service writer treated me with courtesy and offered to answer any questions I had. Even the bill was reasonable! I am very pleased with my experience at DeNooyer's. More

An oil change that turned into more.. I recently brought my Equinox in to Denooyer for an oil change and to ask about a sound that my brakes were making. I was super unhappy to say the least but Chris helped me and worked with me to get the best price for the parts and labor. This is my first vehicle from Denooyer so I was unsure what to expect from the service department.
