Oil change took over 4 hours I went for an oil change on Thursday (was there 1hr), noticed a leak at the filter on Friday, took it back Saturday (waited 3hrs) and saw the filter c I went for an oil change on Thursday (was there 1hr), noticed a leak at the filter on Friday, took it back Saturday (waited 3hrs) and saw the filter cap was marred from an incorrect wrench being used. I was told they had to order a wrench and then they broke the wrench. I asked for the part to be replaced. My vehicle was not ready until Tuesday (5 days after the oil change for parts to be received). I was not offered anything for my trouble. Over 4 hours of my time was lost due to the technician not having the right tools or experience to perform a simple oil change. This has to be improved if you are looking for customers to return. The Service Advisors were pleasant to work with but when this many mistakes are made a future oil change should be on the house since I paid for the oil change on Thursday and was not offered a refund or credit toward future service. More
