Good work but not understanding of a pitcular situation At 17k miles rear brakes were defective. I believe this should been warranted by gm or dealer This was. A safety issue! This past week for my truck. My wife’s business van and the traverse I have spent more than6x I think denoyer should have stepped up and helped I’mnot happy More

Oil change, tire rotation and fix the tailgate lock I had a 10 a.m. appointment and when I came back at noon they hadn't even touched the truck yet. I informed them that I had to get my grandson off the I had a 10 a.m. appointment and when I came back at noon they hadn't even touched the truck yet. I informed them that I had to get my grandson off the bus at 3 and my truck had to be ready. I got a ride home and they called me around 2:30 and told me I needed an oil cooler engine in addition to the work they were going to do. I told him I'd hold off on that for now. They sent somebody to get me around 4:30 and my truck wasn't ready until roughly 5:00. I had to tell my daughter to leave work early to go get her son because my truck couldn't be ready in time. I had everything done except for the oil cooler engine. divisor told me that was covered under warranty and to bring it in next week. I called this morning and I was told that it wasn't covered under the warranty and that it would cost roughly $400. I bought my truck almost 3 years ago (2 weeks shy) and I put 23000 miles on it. It had 11,000 miles on it when I bought this 2013 pickup. so I have to do some research and decide if I want to bring it there or not to have the work done. The thing that I'm most upset about is being told that it was covered under warranty and then getting a phone call this morning saying it wasn't. Also having to call my daughter and make her use her vacation time because a 2 hour job took 7 hours. I'm not one to complain but this was totally unacceptable and I may go to the other Chevy dealer (DePaula Chevrolet) that is actually closer to my house. More
