Could have been better ! Brought my CPO Cadillac ATS in for service on July for a malfunctioning CUE system. One was ordered and SA Adam Palenik called to inform me it had a Brought my CPO Cadillac ATS in for service on July for a malfunctioning CUE system. One was ordered and SA Adam Palenik called to inform me it had arrived, unfortunately my phone was M.I.A. When I found it I called only to be informed it was sent back. Went back to have another ordered and was informed Adam was off until Thursday and was helped by Scott Towns. Explained the situation and made sure my phone number was current so I could be notified when it arrived. Unfortunately that phone call never came and I really don't believe it was ever ordered. Three weeks after last visit with Scott, I returned on Tuesday September 3rd and spoke with Adam once again. He apologized for the mix up and told me he would order it once again. Adam called the next day to tell me it would be here on Friday. I made a 7:45 am appointment for Monday 9/10. Apparently Adam left and I was assisted by Jonathon Cordi was great ! More

Quality Driven needs Roadside assistance. Simply awful! Purchased a vehicle on Aug 1, 2016. Took over 15 months to finally have my car brought in only to be lied to about what was done. Thought the aftercare and extra insurance on the interior and exterior would be wise, in hindsight it was merely a waste of thousands of dollars and requests ignored by the original salesman Gene Gardy, then Mike Demers took a crack at making things happen but that was clearly FUBAR and what I requested be done was not touched at all. They never did anything inside the car except leave an empty weed baggy on the floor! Cigarette burn on my leather still not repaired. Rims never done because the little reflective stickers were never touched...so I contacted Chevrolet who tells me to work something out with the dealership...after two years I am still being ignored and I have sent a direct message to Joel DeNooyer who has also chosen to ignore communication. I'm filing a contract dispute in Albany County Court and serving all three by name as well as Denooyer Chevrolet. I will be seeking the additional money that I was charged and financed that THIS dealership chose to ignore. Two years later and with the % that I've also had to pay for. At this point I do not trust this dealership with my vehicle and refuse to bring it there even with a promise to make it right! Two years is two years too long. You lost any repeat business, you lost my respect as a business, and you've lost my respect as the honest family businessman you perpetrate to the public. Joel DeNooyer clearly does not care for his cars once he sells them, nor the customer. Quality Driven...into a ditch. What a disgrace. More
Oil change and tire rotation All people I came into contact with were very pleasant and courteous. however i am doubtful the tire rotation was completed at the recent visit. My wife also leases a vehicle with DeNooyer. Despite several attempts to correct the DeNooyer database, my wife (Lisa) is listed as owner and contact for the pickup and Gerald (myself) gets service calls for her Traverse. This is annoying while waiting for service to be complete and the wrong person is being contacted. I once missed a call when service was completed on the Traverse and called Lisa who was still waiting at the dealership 45 minutes after the initial call to me. Annoying to say the least. For example this survey was sent to my wife’s email address. Her lease is almost up. Although this is a minor inconvenience, she is seriously considering not using DeNooyer. Just saying..... More

Tire change/repair Was able to show up around 7:15am, no appointment and get a tire repaired (actually needed to be replaced due to a piece of metal slashing the tire), Was able to show up around 7:15am, no appointment and get a tire repaired (actually needed to be replaced due to a piece of metal slashing the tire), they shuttled me to work and It was ready around noon. Warranty Repair Had a #8 glow plug that went bad. A lash adjustment was also made. Both were under warranty. The truck was purchased new at another dealership of which I had called first but they could not fit me in for another 2 weeks. I called Denooyer they said bring it in might not be til end of week which was fine. Brought truck in Wednesday at 9:30am got a call at 2:30pm and I decided to have oil & fuel filter change. Picked it up @ 4:30pm. Same day! Brian the new guy was great! More
