I showed them my paperwork to verify what I was saying was true and the service managers verified that my numbers were correct by looking through my vehicles service records on their computer. I was told that they were working with a new system and that it hadn’t transferred the numbers correctly. This was the second time that I have had to go through this with them. When I got into my truck, I checked the tire pressures and saw that the pressures read backwards of what they should have been. So this meant that either they put the wrong pressures in the tires or that they didn’t reprogram the tire pressure sensors after they rotated the tires. They had to take the truck back to the service room and after ten minutes, they brought the truck back so that I could leave. After nearly losing two tires in the past following tire rotations and having to document the details of every visit so as to back up these issues that I continue to have, I feel that I spend too much time babysitting their work and will do everything I can to stay out of their service department once my warranty and prepaid oil changes have been completed. This dealership has done nothing but impress me I'm 63 and have probably had 25-30 new trucks in my time and these guys have always gone the extra mile (my first new one from them).
