The service advisor at the dealership responsible for the repairs informed me that Deery would have been aware of these issues had they conducted a thorough examination of the engine and its components, as they claim to do during their inspections. It is deeply concerning that a dealership would be so willing to sell a vehicle to a family with four children that is not even safe to drive within eight to nine months. Such practices are not only unethical but also potentially dangerous. Consequently, I have decided to never return to that dealership, and I know that my family, coworkers, and friends will not either. More
