From the moment we got on the lot Chad was right out to greet me. My wife had previous correspondence with Andrea expressing our needs, wants and price range. We live about 2 hours from this location and had visited several dealerships on our route before coming to Deery. Chad said he would make it happen from the minute we sat down and he stood by his word. Couple hours later we were doing the unthinkable. We didnt end up with the used vehicle we had been researching, we upgraded to come home with a Brand New one. I even treated my wife to dinner while they got all the paperwork ready. The financing was quick and understandable. These guys offered to wash our current trade in van since we were having alterations done to the one we purchased. It was easy, comfortable and the best experience to date.
