I have been to car places before where the associates make me feel like I don't know anything or take advantage of the fact that I'm not an experienced car buyer. But the people at Deery of Ames walked me through everything at a pace I could keep up with while still making sure everything happened in good time. I worked with Michael and Joe and both of them were very friendly and helpful. They were very patient with my questions and made sure I understood everything that was going on. I got a 2013 Hyundai Accent and I was surprised that such a nice new car would be within my price range. When Michael took me for the test drive he made sure I knew where everything is and what each and every button, lever, and dial does. He walked me through every light and symbol. He talked me through the whole drive to make sure I got a good feel for the car. Joe helped me fill out the paperwork and was very friendly and patient as I asked many questions. He explained what all the papers meant and explained all the options when I had to make choices. Everyone I worked with had an answer for any of my questions or knew where to point me. I felt comfortable the entire time. It only took a week to get everything figured out about the car, the payments, and the insurance, all of which they helped me with even when I wasn't physically in the dealership. They even checked up with me after my purchase to clarify some details and ask how things were going. I am very happy with my experience and my awesome new car!
