All I ask at the onset of the purchase was to be informed of the movements of my vehicle during the lengthy shipping process and subsequent modification. Pedro was great but I didn’t see any of the financing information or costs of the vehicle, other than our monthly payment amount. My fault that I didn’t ask for it but it should have been provided, I can only hope we didn’t pay for anything we didn’t want. I was not impressed with the experience but we do love the vehicle. I ended up purchasing a vehicle that John suggested to me. The Del dealership handled the transaction with speed and efficiency. Paperwork was done quickly, and they got me in the car in short order. Brian explained all the functions of the vehicle and media options while Joe handled my paperwork promptly. This is the fourth Toyota I've purchased from Del, and I keep returning because of the people and processes they have. I'm a very happy customer. More

I have no idea who Antonio Ramirez is. I purchased the vehicle from Martin. He was great, no complaints. However, I was told that I was only getting one key. I was told that Martin would check with the previous owner if one was available. If not, I'm out of luck. That is unacceptable!!! I need two keys!!! I'm spending over $26,000 for this car and expect Del to do the right thing in providing a complete package. I should not have to purchase this myself.
