Martin was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. However, the agreement is not complete. Send me another survey next week to complete the review. One disappointment though. And, was told that the only way I will be able to get a second is if the previous owner has it. If not, I'M OUT OF LUCK!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! I'M SPENDING OVER $26,000 FOR THIS CAR AND EXPECT TO GET TWO KEYS. IF THE PREVIOUS OWNER DOES NOT HAVE ONE THEN DEL, THE SO CALLED THE REPUTABLE DEALER, SHOULD PROVIDE ONE. IT'S JUST GOOD BUSINESS.
