Repair required a second trip to resolve a message on the dash display which was not present prior to the repair. Also, surcharge on credit card payments needs to be prominently displayed so it can be seen dash display which was not present prior to the repair. This survey should add a third option to the above question. While we have generally received good service in the past, this time it was only average.
