Service center personnel do not communicate very well. They never answer the phone either. They did finally get my truck fixed but they never communicated anything with me and when I tried calling several They never answer the phone either. The price for a battery and install was $744. I feel that is a really crazy price. This was not the technician’s fault. But for my first experience with the new dealership it was a disappointmen I feel that is a really crazy price. This was not the technician’s fault. But my technician went above and beyond to take care of me even taking my car back in the next day for some tire issues that I felt should have been taken care of on day one. More
