Thank you Steve, I have, yet we still have communication breakdown. I’d love to have this all fixed yet when we took the car to Mercedes and we confirmed to call you when we arrived at 7am we called and text to no avail and then didn’t hear back again until late morning. There is a disconnect, I appreciate the show you that you are trying but it seems to falter. The charger, wrong one again, still not detail date, and no support the past car has been paid off. We don’t feel driving back there to settle items that should have been done and there are mobile options is valid. We really need to get this fixed. We can’t charge the car with a Tesla charger as it doesn’t plug in, the charger that was brought was a 120v and the car requires a 240v however it did have the right connections. I’d encourage speaking to Mercedes as I have done. We are using public charging stations right now and that is counter what we bought the car for

Again, I was left with no communication again yesterday when they brought a charging cord that is not correct. We are still left with not know what needs top be done. Mercedes said as long as we use the right connector which will need to be supplied we can use the original cord, the original cord is a telsa cord and needs to right connector. The second cord has the right connector but is not the right voltage for the car. Calling, emailing and texting does not receive a response.
