Repairs with Kenneth Hope! I am very Leary with dealership since I have had previous bad experiences; however I had grew service at Deur Speet and Kenneth Hope! He was explained I am very Leary with dealership since I have had previous bad experiences; however I had grew service at Deur Speet and Kenneth Hope! He was explained everything, made me feel very comfortable (since I am not mechanical inclined), and due to the amount of repair (larger amount) didn't make me feel awkward about the repairs. He was simply great! I dropped my vehicle off & it was repaired prior to pickup date & I received several calls ( of concern because I wasn't answering (due to no service in the area I traveled for my vacation)) stating vehicle was finished which was just amazing! I will be bringing my vehicle in to Deur Speet for future repairs & calling Kenneth Hope with any questions! Great experience! More

Not just a dealer (two cars!), but for great service! Bought one Grand Cherokee, came back and bought our second. And very important, when we need service, I've been able to call and get scheduled. I always bring reading material so I can be there while the work gets done (in case of questions or decisions) ... I don't mind waiting. Excellent quality service. I like the way they back up their work. You may have to say what you want done 2 or 3 times (on phone and in person and maybe in person again), but t I like the way they back up their work. You may have to say what you want done 2 or 3 times (on phone and in person and maybe in person again), but the service will be done correctly and backed up if something does go wrong. Ken Hope is passionate about the service he delivers. He was having issues with his laptop or notebook, not quite sure why that was even needed to have service done on my vehicle. That process could definitely be improved. Overall - satisfied. More
