Thank you for the response. I’m open to resolving this directly and efficiently, but I need to address the core issue head-on. The vehicle was advertised across multiple platforms at 33,000 miles, and the car was delivered to me at 36,000 miles. That is a 3,000-mile discrepancy and a material misrepresentation that impacts value, pricing, and the legitimacy of the transaction. This isn’t a “communication misunderstanding.” It’s an accuracy issue. On top of that I was told verbally that the first payment wouldn’t be due for 45 days, but the actual due date was 29 days. I was never offered GAP coverage or given lender/payment guidance after signing. Straightforward information was difficult to get throughout the entire process. I’m not looking for drama — I’m looking for resolution. To close this out professionally, I’m requesting a mileage adjustment compensation that reflects the 3,000 undisclosed miles. I have all supporting documentation available (listings, odometer photos, contract timestamps). If needed, I can easily provide those to DMV Investigations and the Attorney General’s office, as they specifically request evidence like this in mileage-misrepresentation cases. But I’d prefer to resolve this with you directly first. Let me know who the correct point of contact is on your side so we can get this handled the right way.
