Went in for an oil change which was good. But i also had an issue with the power outlet in the back seats. Told the gentleman who helped me and also showed him twice which one wasn’t working. I purchased a 2023 BMW X3 M40i after seeing it listed at 33k miles. Actual mileage delivered: 36k. They ran the credit application, ignored me for a day, and then pressured me hard to sign everything immediately. Contract was emailed at 7 PM with a two-hour deadline. They delivered the car to my home, and one of the employees used my restroom in a very unprofessional way. After the sale, they provided no GAP coverage options, no lender details, and no payment instructions. They also promised “45 days before first payment,” which turned out to be 29 days. Great car, but the dealership experience was extremely unprofessional and misleading. More
