My Review Of Dick Brooks Honda of Greer:

When it costs $60 for an oil change, I have no other choice but to take my car elsewhere for service. My disatisfaction has nothing to do with service and customer care as they were both 5 star. But, I can receive 5 star service elsewhere and NOT pay $60 for an oil change. In good faith, I brought my car back in for service after being charged $64 for my first oil change. I was told "we will make it right" in regard to my good faith, second visit. Four dollars off an already "fluffed" price is hardly making it right in my opinion. My car buying experience was GREAT and I would buy another vehicle form Dick Brooks Honda, but third time will NOT be a charm when it comes to servicing my vehicle.

Great sales staff! They make you feel comfortable and don't push just to make a sale. I feel Matt and Dale worked with me on the price. The car was delivered spotless on the inside and out. Overall great job!

This was my first time ever buying a new car, and the guys at Honda made that first experience worth it. Matt was very helpful and even stayed past closing to help us! Very grateful! I love my new Honda Civic!!!

It was a very relaxed buying experience. No hard pressure sales and was relatively quick. Took the time to let me take the vehicle home to show the rest of our family ot make sure it was right for us. Worked out the vehicle package too and ordered parts to be installed in hopefully the first month.

This is for the Pre-owned store in Lyman. I was pleasantly surprised by the no haggle experience in working with these folks, kept to their word of meeting the great price and trade offer. I would recommend them to a friend or family.

I have purchased many, many cars over my lifetime but one of the best experience so far has been with Dick Brooks Honda, Greer, SC. All of the Dick Brooks folks involved from Sharon Grillo and Matthew Smith, in internet sales to David in the finance department made the entire process so very smooth.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone that was looking for a dealer that did not use high pressure tactics and treated their customers with respect and courtesy.

Without doubt we will be back when it comes time to buy another Honda.

We were thrilled with our experience at Dick Brooks! We contacted Sharon via email and everything she said she would do she did! We came in with a specific car in mind and and drove off a little over an hour later with the car and the deal we wanted. We have purchased MANY cars over the years and this was without a doubt the best experience we have had. We WILL be back. It is nice to know there is an honest, friendly dealer in town.
