Did not understand that the type of repair needed could be brought to the shop and just wait to be seen. I waited 4days without the ability to drive my car depending on an appointment. It should be explained that a car emergency can be seen but just have to wait. The repair was done in a timely manner. Just a small thing however, when I looked at my key ring driving home, I noted the ornament/attachment was missing which distinguished it. It could not have just dropped off. I appreciate Richard Stevens answering all of my concerns about the car in a professional manner. More
