They were all professional attentive and made it extremely easy to purchase this vehicle, when I and my wife had very little sleep and traveled to do the deal on the vehicle and they made it the best experience we’ve had in a long time at a car dealership! Leadership should be thankful that they have staff that takes care of their customers as well as these people did! Would strongly recommend buying from this dealership? I would like to give a shout out to Johnny, Joe, and Tyler, they were the best! The finance manager whose name slips my memory, was also excellent and explained everything on the contract to a T! First of all, they left a scratch in the front of my bumper they refused to fix at the final signing. I was told that I could not refuse the options. I told the guy to get rid of the paperwork he put it in with the paperwork and my wife signed it, and I didn’t realize it so there are nothing but a bunch of line sacks of cowards, especially the Hole, that didn’t do his job right and that’s what the contract guy does. They are liars. They advertised a Pacifica Pinnacle for $42,824. I live 3 hours away. I called them and confirmed the price. I had my friend drive me three hours to the dealership. Dave Frischman was my salesman. He swears up and down that the advertised price is the real price and there are no hidden fees. I tell my friend he can head home since I’m buying a minivan and he doesn’t have to wait. Then the guy from “finance” comes and tells me I have to pay an extra $1,000 made up fee “because they are giving me such a good deal”. I say I won’t pay it because Dave said I just had to pay the publicly stated price. He tells me I am going to pay the xx $1,000 fee. So I left. I had to call my friend to come back and pick me up. I am also going to complain to the better business bureau. That was straight up false advertising. Bottom line, if you want to do business with liars, go to Dick Hannah. The finance guy tried to sell me on everything available. I walked out with the vehicle after putting $60K in cash down with a small loan of $30K. They refused to honor their original loan and sent me thru the circuit. Then the games came...sending half the plate information. No registration and cancelling my service to Connect. These people are Walmart of vehicle sales. They continue to provide poor service. Criminal. More
In my opinion, and I have raced ars for 22 years, this service dept and their sales dept. are INCOMPETANT behond belief. I will doscuss just 2 of the 5 situations. 1.) I took my Ram in for an Oil and f service dept and their sales dept. are INCOMPETANT behond belief. I will doscuss just 2 of the 5 situations. 1.) I took my Ram in for an Oil and filter change they took 2 hours and asked me if I wanted them to change the cabin filter which I declined. When they drove it around for me to drive home I started to get in and saw that the glove box was detachjed and laying on the floor. I asked the person driving it around if he eve noticed it and he said no. I complained and they sent out a trainee to put it back in place. 2.) this is the serious one, I noticed a Oil leak coming from my Intake Manifold, right at the seam. I took it to Dick Hannah and they said "Oh no it is the valve cover gasket" I said that I uncovered everything and it was obvious it was comin from the seam on the Manifod. They said drive it som more and it will stop. I took it to another dealer and they said, Yes it is the manifo and order it for me. They replaced it and all was fine If their Techs cant even see an obvious problem OR are too lazy to fix it that is PATHETIC. Imade several calls trying to get ahold of the Service Mgr,. but he insulates himself very well and NEVER called back after 5 attempts. 3 weeks later a sales person from Dick Hannsh caled me trying to sell me a ne2w Ram. I toldhim I didnt trust his Service Dept and he said "You can always take it to another dealer for service" CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT??? More
