On multiple occasions, while driving at high speeds, the vehicle unexpectedly slammed on its brakes and shut down, triggering red warning lights and causing a total loss of control. These events resulted in injuries to myself, two colleagues, and a child — and the emotional and physical impact has been serious. I recently learned that this vehicle is under manufacturer recall. I’ve contacted the dealership, the finance company, and Nissan directly to seek a resolution. We are formally requesting a full refund of all payments made and reimbursement for our medical expenses tied to this defect. If no action is taken, we will escalate the matter through legal channels, including state and federal safety authorities. I strongly urge anyone purchasing here to demand detailed inspection records and recall confirmation in writing before moving forward. More
