NO Stars at all. This is a reply to Dick Hannah Volkswagen reply to my review. It took $36 to charge only 20% and the ID4 that was sold to me had less than 10% at This is a reply to Dick Hannah Volkswagen reply to my review. It took $36 to charge only 20% and the ID4 that was sold to me had less than 10% at the time. No one charged it! The paperwork and listed price all say Manufacturers rebate!!!! Nothing was said or written as Federal rebate!!!! They failed to disclose to me that the home charger only gives 20% over night and i would need to get one installed in my home for $1500-$2000, and when I said it only charges 20% over night i was told to bring it back for a different one! Another stall tactic to make 5 day exchange no good. They failed to disclose how expensive it is to charge these cars but ohhh so much better you don't pay gas or oil changes so its much better on the pocket book> xx Even in eco mode I would still be spending more in electricity for the ID4 than a gas car. I get 375-380 per tank for $35 in sports mode and 400m per tank in standard mode. You were very dishonest, and to do an exchange with you at Dick Hannah Volkswagen would be just stupid on my part. I ended up eating my down payment for your dishonesty. You will never have my business. Beware of Dick Hannah Volkswagen! More
