They sent someone over immediately to retrieve it just so I could take a look at it. It ended up being exactly what I was looking for so we ended up purchasing it. During the sales process Andy never one made me feel obligated or pressured to anything, the opening sentence to our conversation was him asking me what I want him to try and accomplish for my family.
