I don’t understand the point of making appointments if the wait time is the same as not having an appointment. I came in on Monday first, was told it would be a 2 1/2 hr wait. Left made an appointment for the wait time is the same as not having an appointment. I came in on Monday first, was told it would be a 2 1/2 hr wait. Left made an appointment for Wednesday, got there, was told it would be a 2 1/2 hr wait……? An oil change price is extremely high, should send out coupons to repeat customers. More

Several things. First I came in for an oil change and it took almost two hours. The girl writing up my work order kept assuming it was time for several different ser First I came in for an oil change and it took almost two hours. The girl writing up my work order kept assuming it was time for several different services on my car when she never looked back on my history to see those services were not necessary at this time. Finally when the service tech working on my oil change was finished he forgot to lower the post lifts under my car and got my car stuck on the lifts. I was told there was no damage done but the way my car jerked and jumped in the air I guess I am now going to need a front end alignment. More
