I spent around $2,000 for repairing ($1,702 repair + diagnostic fees $225+tax) noise issues from the front side. The other auto mechanics I visited before visiting here, did not charge for the diagnosti diagnostic fees $225+tax) noise issues from the front side. I told them several times I think the noises came from left side so please check it again, but they said it came from right side and replaced it. After the repair, the advisor said 90% of noises were gone. However, the noise still can hear from the left side and is getting louder now. After making the payment, the advisor suggested to fix left side with another costs of $1,100+tax. Still I don't know why they repaired right side and now recommended fixing left side. To me, the dealership seems to try to charge me twice to fix it. Very deeply disappointed. More
