The service representative was very short, and rude while checking my vehicle in for service. For example, when asked questions about the services prices, etc. Also his delivery of explaining the process o checking my vehicle in for service. A customer should not feel attacked when bringing their vehicle in for service. He also asked the guy who placed plastic on the seats to let the driver side window Dow, and the guy just held the lever down the hold time while he was letting the window down. Now the window is rolling down very rough. I use to just push the button one time, and the window would go down the rest of the way on it’s own. More

I came in on Wednesday July 30 to bring my car back on Saturday August 2. I came in for an oil change and had to bring it back because it was leaking oil. They forgot to put the gasket on. I brought my vehicle.brand new from here to know if I didn’t check my car things could have been worst. I could have been replacing my motor for not having oil in my car.
