Service department refused to rotate my tires stating because I could use a new set. I explained I was purchasing a set end of month just wanted the better tires on front. I went to another local tire co because I could use a new set. I explained I was purchasing a set end of month just wanted the better tires on front. I went to another local tire company and was told I could rotate after this rotation must get a set(which I was already aware of. I feel like I wasn’t heard told that for an upscale (hoping I would’ve purchased a set of tires. I understand everyone had a job to do but meeting the customer needs/request are important as well.
