I have been unhappy with the service I have received on several visits! The guys in the service department not doing proper inspections! One visit they did not tighten my oil plug and I took a trip from SC several visits! The guys in the service department not doing proper inspections! One visit they did not tighten my oil plug and I took a trip from SC to NC leaking oil the whole way! I took it to Nissan in NC and they fixed it and then told me that they never put my dust guard back under my vehicle on top of that! Another visit with out telling me they supposedly checked my air bag in my steering wheel because of a recall, my vehicle was not listed under the recall but they checked it anyway and broke a cord when trying to put the front of the steering wheel back on which caused me to have NO horn! When I took it back and complained they tried to charge me $1500 to fix it! I told them it worked when I brought it in so I know they had to have broken it and was trying to cover it up! They have replaced batteries on my vehicle that are used / refurbished and they only last about a year! This last visit I asked them to check the air in my tires because I knew I had 1 lower than the others and I left and checked it on the road and it was still low with the same amount of air in it! I’m concerned that they are not checking other things that they are saying they check! Every time I come in there is a rate hike on the parts and service so why should we pay all these increases if they are not doing what they should! A $105.00 dollar oil change is ridiculous when you still leave dissatisfied!!! I am to the point that I will be taking my money and business elsewhere!! More
