I have had 3 different people tell me conflicting info about the Nissan Rouge engine recall. And when walking in to pick up my car with all me bags in my hands it took several minutes for someone to ackn about the Nissan Rouge engine recall. And when walking in to pick up my car with all me bags in my hands it took several minutes for someone to acknowledge me when no one was on the phone and there were at least 3 people there. And when acknowledged it was very abrupt as if I entered a private office and they were shocked someone would be coming in. More

I was charged $300 for a diagnosis of the AC. No one informed me of this procedure before they did it. I had hoped the issue was related to a previous issue that had similar issues 6 months ago. No one informed me of this procedure before they did it. I had hoped the issue was related to a previous issue that had similar issues 6 months ago. I asked for a break since I had spent 11,000 previous but he acted like he couldn’t do that. The estimate for the current repair was $2500. I took the vehicle to a radiator AC specialist, was diagnosed again in 5 seconds with a flashlight, and $450 later have AC working fine again. It is ridiculous how the dealership handled this situation and then recommended me spend another $2500 . More
