I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment for 7:30 am. I dropped my vehicle off and the service advisor confirmed my information and phone number to reach me once done. I've been taking my vehicle to them for 4 years and never once had an issue. The normally call me and communicate with an update on my car and give me an ETA once completed. This day however they really dropped the ball. They had my car for over 5 1/2 hours with no communication. I had to go up there and check myself on the status. Once I was up there the service advisor advised me that we are just now getting to it! I was shocked because I advised I received no communication or update in 5 1/2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. They told me there were really busy today. This is not acceptable. This issue for me is not that they may have had other cars getting services ahead of me or if a mechanic or service person called out and they were short staffed. The issue is that they did not provide an update or communicated effectively to advise me of the status of the service I came in for. I wasn't a walk in and I booked my appointment properly online to avoid this very issue. The did try to rectify the situation by providing me a discount on my services that day. However I'm writing this review just like how I've written the good reviews in the past to advise them that in this instance. The communication was not good and needs to be improved and consistent to avoid this happening to other customers and costing business to them due to infective communication. More
