Unfortunately I had a bad experience. To make a long story short I went in for an oil change before a trip I took to South Carolina. When I reached South Carolina the oil light came on and I found tha tthe oil filter was hanging on by a thread. The technician apparently forgot to tighten the oil filter. I called the service department, and they are willing to reimburse me for the two gallons of oil I had to buy. More
