I went back to have it filled the other times but I'm tired of needing to do that. Are they just plain out lying to me or are they oblivious to the work actually being completed? Either way it worries me that other things get lost in the possible lack of communication. I needed other work done on my car and decided to go to my regular mechanic to have it done.
