Beyond our expectations Our experience buying a used car from Direct Auto Team could not have been any better. We found this dealer from Car Gurus, the ad stated, NO Pressure Our experience buying a used car from Direct Auto Team could not have been any better. We found this dealer from Car Gurus, the ad stated, NO Pressure Sales, Professional Staff, Clean and well-maintained office. We traveled from Burlington, MA to Canton, MA to test drive a 2001 Lexus RX 300 with 73,000 miles on it. The car is in Like New Condition just as stated. We found it hard to believe that the car is 17 years old, it literally drive as a new car. The staff were exceedingly gracious and accommodating. They encouraged us to take our time driving the car. They also have a mechanic on site. The process went very smoothly. When we took the car to get an inspection sticker the garage owner stated that if we don’t pile on some heavy mileage he would buy it from us. My own mechanic back in Burlington, after inspecting the car told me that usually when the exterior and interior are this clean, the true test lies underneath. The final prognosis is the under side of the cart is as clean. We were very fortunate to have bought this car from Direct Auto Team. Due to the time we came across the car's ad online, Dmetry was kind enough to stay open after closing so that my brother and I could take a look at it that night. We took it for a test drive and knew we wanted to buy the car right then and there. The car's headlights and taillights had some cosmetic blemishes due to its age (2007 model), but Dmetry ensured that those would be taken care of once I purchased the vehicle. Being a man of his word, the day I came to pick up the vehicle, the headlights had been clean up quite nicely and the issue I had with the taillight had been taken care of.
