I brought my car in for a simple oil change. Now have a significant leak supposedly from my oil pan, which was replaced less than 2 years prior. When dropping off my car I wrote down the things I was there for. Screen black in CarPlay, recall, and several error codes. Also I told them I needed my car back by 3. I had a hard time getting in contact there for. Screen black in CarPlay, recall, and several error codes. Also I told them I needed my car back by 3. I had a hard time getting in contact with Miranda to check in on the stat of my car during the day. At 3 she finally text me saying my car would be ready around 4:30 and didn’t tell me anything about the error code stats. Even upon pick up she didn’t tell me about the error codes. I don’t recommend Walnut Creek VW to anyone I care about. This isn’t the first time we have received poor customer service here More
