Dan and my service was great for the most part. I would have appreciated that for auch an expensive service, my car be washed like other dealerships do. This dealership is easy to work with and they work extremely hard to resolve and satisfy their customers. This is a very "uncommon" type dealership that I noticed when I first went shopping for a new automobile. They have long time employees there that almost act like family. You will NOT be disappointed in any way from purchasing an auto to having it serviced, maintained or in for warrantee repair. I have also worked a long time with Marina Felix and she is amazing in every aspect of that word. She follows through on her promises, has a thorough knowledge of the products and services that might be done on your auto and is a delight to work with. None Better!! Kudos to all!! More

kevin was very accommodating to me when we had issues in trying to find parts fir my mirror and key. He was gracious to me when he offer me a free reprogramming of my car key when VW lost the key that I had trying to find parts fir my mirror and key. As always, excellent service and clean and welcoming dealership. Been bringing my VWs here for many years. No waiting when I arrived. Ended up getting my 80K service along with the fuel pump recall. Kev dealership. Been bringing my VWs here for many years. No waiting when I arrived. Ended up getting my 80K service along with the fuel pump recall. Kevin explained in detail the work that would be performed. Not cheap due to transmission oil and various filter changes. He found me a coupon and applied it. Every little bit helps. I was notified when my car was finished at the time promised. Pick-up was easy. I purchased my car from Dirito 5 years ago and will continue to bring my car here for service. More
