Mr. Tanner I am sorry that you have had an issue with "Discover Classic Cars" However Discover Classic Cars is located over 15 miles away from Discover Hyundai and is NOT part of the day to day operation of Discover Hyundai. I suggest you immediately contact someone from that operation to get your problem resolved, however I would appreciate your removing this review from our site immediately. Frank Yaconis

If you are Discover Hyundai, 15350 Hayden road, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 you are part of the financial operation of "Discover Classic cars". Because I have a LIC&TITLE refund check from you. If Not I would contact them immediately for stealing your checks or a minimum of involving your name. I have a whole file of paperwork with your header on it. Also they have failed to resolve the situation in a month, so talk to your sales manager there.

Mr. Tanner I have contacted Anthony Decker for you ask him to resolve the issue. However I will again emphasis for you these are two separate operation operating under two separate dealer license and at two separate locations. There is a common business office but that is the only connection between the operations. I have reported your complaint as fraudulent to Dealer rater and request that it be removed from the Discover Hyundai site. Your bought and dealt with Discover Classic Cars and that is where you need to get this handled. If you go to the Discover Hyundai web site you will clearly see that none of the people you dealt with work for Discover Hyundai. Thank you Frank Yaconis

I understand that. However, again the paper work has Discover Hyundai on it, Even the title work had discover Hyundai on it. So the claim is neither fraudulent or inappropriate. I am truly sorry you have had to become involved. Any run of the mill sales manager could have resolved this in a timely manner by doing what they said in the first place. I most certainly wasn't told i had 5 weeks to come up with my end. The problem was addressed before the deal was signed, but not handled by your people as agreed. That is where the issue lies. I have done close to 2300 dollars in repairs on this vehicle since receiving it and merely asked your company to cover the cost of a $300 compressor.I feel that was fair, because it was all i asked of your people before signing the paperwork. Everyone there was more than willing to help before you got my money. And if you had just blown me off to start with, i would have been more understanding of that, than being told you were going to handle, then you were gonna pay for the compressor and doing neither. I did already receive a snide reply from anthony referring to the "as is", however the car was supposed to be delivered with a working A/C that was the "only stipulation" on the agreement. Again I am truly sorry for your involvement in the situation. I would highly recommend hiring more competent people if you are going to continue sharing legal documents with your header on them.
