I took my truck in for service. My fuel filter alert went off to charge two days after my appointment. Why did your team not change it at the service appointment. I paid over 100k for this truck from your dealer and you cant even look at the alerts on the truck when I bring it in for service. More
The worst experience I've ever had. I have my GMC Canyon truck with a problem. I've taken it more than 4 times and they haven't fixed it. I made a service appointment to have a replacement key fob (purchased from Dixie Buick) programmed. After over an hour, I asked the service guy for an update and was told that it was being programmed and fob (purchased from Dixie Buick) programmed. After over an hour, I asked the service guy for an update and was told that it was being programmed and shouldn’t be much longer. After another half hour, I was told that there was a problem, and they couldn’t program their new key. I gave them 1 star (instead of zero), because they didn’t charge me. More
Gage the service advisor was great. He was very courteous, checked me in promptly, and advised how long the service should take as long as there were no other issues.
