Dixie Buick GMC - Service Center

I just had my certified Enclave serviceman Dixie Buick and had a very good experience. They were quite busy, but the fresh chocolate chip cookies were a nice treat. Very disapointed that I have had by car back three times to two different dealers for the same starting problem and nobody can figure out what is wrong. All three times they do a 25 point inspection (plug to two different dealers for the same starting problem and nobody can figure out what is wrong. All three times they do a 25 point inspection (plug in the computer) and say they can't find anything wrong. At first I was told by the other Buick dealer that it was a bad battery (one year old battery) that was not under warrenty so I had to put in a new $400 battery. That was not the problem, so now they tell me they can't just put parts in it not knowing what is wrong. But the dealer had no problem telling me to put $400 in it without knowing what the real problem was. So the visits and $400 later I still have the same problem that nobody can help me with. More

The waiting time to get services can vary from 1 hour waiting time to almost 3 hours, Its a waste of time to make an appointment because you have to wait for 2-3 hours. No loaner service. Visited today for the first time after receiving an Onstar notice of a battery issue. The dealership checked the battery several times - found no issues and said they wouldn't want to sell me a batter Onstar notice of a battery issue.
