Got the run around with the first service advisor ant finally the second one found my appointment he was nice about it... I had requested at the same time an oil change... I had specify that I would wait at the garage for the repair and the advisor inform me that when the mechanic would come in at 8 he could let me know how long it would take for the repair.... At 8:45 my trunk was still at the door so i went and see the advisor and he said it should not take to long they are checking it...when i told him my truck had not move he was surprise and obviously it was forgotten in front of the door.... At that moment they took my truck and i was told that it would not take to long and I would know a time frame... At 9:15 I went in the back yard of the garage and my truck was sitting there ontouch... I was so mad went to see the advisor and told him to bring back my truck I just wanted out of there... Could not beleive that kind of services....what can I say more.... More
My last experience with this service department was one of the best ones I have experienced. From that time to today, it was a 180 degree turn around. I called earlier this week for LOF routine maintena of the best ones I have experienced. From that time to today, it was a 180 degree turn around. I called earlier this week for LOF routine maintenance and took offered an appointment of 11 am today. I arrived at 1045, all four service kiosks were somewhat busy but I was greeted and asked how could be helped. I advised my name, and after a couple of wrong lookups was found. I was promptly told, that Tim was my service advisor, to what end I do not know. But he agreed to write my request. I ws advised they were running behind since I was waiting. Would be two hours. I advised OK. After 2 hours and 10 minutes I started to look for my car. Tim, the service advisor that was mine, was not at his station. After several more minutes, I found the advisor that took my service order. He looked my car up, said OH Tim is your service advisor. As I explained Tim was nowhere to be found, he said oh, Tim had to leave. I take my car to DIXIE Buick GMC for service, I don't care who writes my service ticket. It was now 2 and 1/2 hours siince I arrived. I asked for my car now unless it was on the rack. After a few miinutes it was brought around, untouched. I was adviised that mornings were better, like 7 or 730.. Well took the appointment offered, not knowing that certain hours came with this poor service. Don't make the appointments if you can't figure out how to schedule them for completion. And you don't have the same service team, the ones below are not with you with the exception of Greg. And I hate having to write this. Anyone have a GM dealer that can be reliable to recommend. More
Very pleasant experience. Didn’t take long from getting there to having car serviced. Would recommend to everyone. Will definitely be back to have serviced again there to having car serviced. Would recommend to everyone. Will definitely be back to have serviced again More
I have always been reasonably pleased with the service and have given good reviews. However, I am not sure I will return as I am not sure I can trust they actually performed the service I paid for. Why? and have given good reviews. However, I am not sure I will return as I am not sure I can trust they actually performed the service I paid for. Why? I had an oil change and tire rotation in early April. Last week, I got a message on the dash that the left rear tire was down to 21 psi; I also got an e-mail from On-Star saying the same. I checked the tire and it had 33 psi in it. So, I checked the other tires and found that the left FRONT tire had 21 psi in it. The only logical explanation I can think of this that when they rotated the tires they didn't finish the job. They did not reset the pressure sensors to reflect which corner of the car they were on. I called and spoke to a nice lady, explained the problem and she said the service manager would contact me. Now, after four business days, there has been no contact. The reason I had gone to Dixie was I thought they would have the equipment and procedures to reassign the sensors; did not turn out that way. If they skipped this step what else did they skip? Not worth a 30 mile (one way) trip when a local mechanic is 3/4 of a mile from my house. More
We bought a certified buick from here. Brought in for oil change and some issues we noticed. Was told covered under warranty. Parts never got ordered. Called several times. Finaly got corporate involved. Pa change and some issues we noticed. Was told covered under warranty. Parts never got ordered. Called several times. Finaly got corporate involved. Parts were finally ordered 6 weeks later. Had other issues with a/c and was told it was normal. Well that wasn't the case with that. Our battery died one day later after the first repair was done. Of course warranty ran out and had to pay for battery. Wow low and behold the a/c issue was resolved. Kind of funny how low voltage causes issues. If this dealership would have looked into the a/c issue they would have found the problem. But why do that. Then today I drop car off for the other repair. The service manager wanted to argue with me and belittle me in front of other customers because I had to get gmc corporate involved just to get my car repaired that was suppose to be repaired 6 weeks ago. For a manager to act like this to anyone is uncalled for and very disgusting. Got repair done but will never go back to this dealer and would suggest others to find a dealer that value their customers. Oh by the way my fiance was the one who dropped the car off. I will assume I was treated this way because she is the contact on this car. But what they dont know is I'm the one who bought the car and I am on the title of this car. This car is both of ours. Also if issues arise there is no way to contact the gm or owner to let them know what is really going on in their dealership. And if you buy a car from them make sure they dont just run your credit like they did to ours to finance a car when we already had it paid for before we picked up our car. It really brought our credit down when we where also trying to buy a house then could not get financing for it because of how much it brought our scores down because of their mess up. More
STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!! As the many other one stars have advised and probably should've looked before bringing my vehicle to them. Deplorable service. Service manager Jason Riola an other one stars have advised and probably should've looked before bringing my vehicle to them. Deplorable service. Service manager Jason Riola and his boss ahead of him Robert Atkins are the furthest thing from a consummate professionals. After multiple voicemails, follow ups, and plain lies that spew out of these people's mouths its astonishing that legal action hasn't taken place. It's the same run around, "we're waiting for GM to tell us what to do", "we dont know what's wrong with your vehicle". I find it hysterical and quite alarming a service department doesnt know how to fix or properly diagnose a problem to begin with. Just another reason you should stay away. To top it off. After requesting a email or any sort of paper copy stating they dont know what's wrong with my truck, they refuse. They dont want a paper trail of their xx and complete and utter incompetence. After spending ~70k on a truck, you'd think they'd be concerned about keeping your business or at least trying to rectify the issue... NOPE! Once you've give them your money, all bets are off. You're better taking your vehicle to a tree. At least it won't lie to you and probably do a better job. Jose and Jamie on the sales side where nothing short of amazing.. unfortunately this has tarnished any standing they had. It doesn't matter how you treat someone when you want something, it's a completely different story when you're the one in need and money isn't being given to them. I would urge anyone to stay far away. You'll leave upset, confused, and a horrible taste in your mouth after dealing with these grease xxxxx. My 2 cents. More
