Bought a car from doggett Honda. All the salesmen say the same thing " we can sale from any dogget lot " so thats exactly what we did. ( literally about 50ft away or should I say in same lot) anyway dealer was supposed to put tires on car, said it would be ready monday morning. I called to ask if car was ready three separate times, every time same response " let get Eta i will call you back". Once I finally got a call ( 1:36 pm on monday ) I was told they had to order tires. And is not un common but the aggravating part is that doggett Honda ( the location I purchased car) says they have them but cant use those tire because they belong to Honda dealer not Volkswagen.... but the tires are the exact ones the will have to order. Im just real confused why we can't use the tires that are 50ft away and have to order. And when I finally talked to sales manager about it he was a real smart as s about it and was very rude. I wish I had he name but of course true cowards will not give name they just real tuff on phone. This dealer is the prime example why dealerships get a bad name.. oh yeah I did get car but no new tires I bought tires from a local tire store ( $564.78). And even though when I signed papers it shows they will install new tires, dealer has not even offered to reimburse or order tires. Oh yeah one more thing the tire on front right had a large screw in it where tread mets sidewall. But still didn't bother them to let a 16 yr old (first car) girl leave with the car. So remember at this dealer once you sign papers you are a nobody. If I could have canceled the contract at bank I would have but once you sign papers its yours. More

Service department needs work. Had an oil change and tire rotation. This is the second time I have had a tire light come on after they rotate the tires. What was really disappointing is that recommended psi for tires in front is 35 and back psi is 32. 3 tires had 36 lbs psi while the back left tire had 49 lbs psi. This is simple reading a gauge. I don’t understand why the tire pressures aren’t right. More

I brought my car in Nov. 20, 2025. I pwn a 2020 Honda Fit Ex. I brought it in for a oil change and any other needs to hat might be found with service. I wad no having any pro 20, 2025. Per the service department they found no issues with my battery or anything else. The next day car would not start. Nov. 22 I had battery removed and checked. I was told battery was bad and needed to be replaced. When back to dealer service and brought a new battery. Car didn’t start. Per dealership paperwork nothing was found wrong with my battery or anything regarding car starting. I am very disappointed with the service that I received. I believe that a through service check was NOT done So now I have no car that will start and I will have to spend next week spending more money to fix a problem that I believe could have been prevented. More
