They report that you should get your tires replaced but they never tell you that your tires you should be replaced. Even when you report complaints they come up with excuses instead of solutions. Brought my truck in for what should have been a standard diagnosis of my transmission. I authorized any maintenance that was due (truck is at 35k miles). They were unable to diagnose the issue, but were abl diagnosis of my transmission. I authorized any maintenance that was due (truck is at 35k miles). They were unable to diagnose the issue, but were able to complete maintenance that wasn't due for another 100k miles and then charged me $1100+ for it. It is also worth noting that this took 5 days to do with no communication from Service or Administration. When I tried calling to ask why and to resolve the issue, they have just ignored me and won't return my phone calls. I have been to several Chevy dealerships and this is far and away the worst. Steer clear! More
