My Review of Don Ducote Mazda Kia:
Dealt initially over telephone, made deal to purchase vehicle, received vin number, colour etc. Did not inform me that vehicle had to be delivered to them. Visited/ signed docs was told vehicle would be there next day. 10 days later after being told every day that vehicle was due in still could not get calls returned when promised and no sign of vehicle. Would I reccomend this dealer.............go figure!

My Review of Don Ducote Mazda Kia:
A very positive experience with the exception of poor trade-in value for my old vehicle and the initial move to draw up financing without disclosing the interest rate for the loan [they were amenable to negotiation on the latter, though I ultimately went with an outside lien holder].<br><br>Subsequent service appointments have been quick, courteous, and free of any hidden charges or surprises.
